A season that ended with triumph at Twickenham. After returning to Maidstone after a sabbatical, he took up the role of Mustangs Manager & Squad Manager. Dave Charlton started his playing career along with his brother Sean at Maidstone, playing in the national leagues before heading off to further education. Upon his return, Dave became the 1st XV Captain at the age of 23 and helped the club eventually regain its status after a decline in form during his absence.
A very popular man around the club, Dave continues to turn out for the Evergreen side when he can. Dave also assisted the Mustangs clinch the league title in the 2017/18 season. He also holds Level 2 coaching level badges in Football & Cricket.

Shaun Neaves
Scrum Coach
Ex 1st XV Shaun Neaves should need no introduction to Maidstone club members, as well as many throughout Kent. Shaun has held several positions at the club from forwards coach, to immediate past Chairman. Shaun is now the Club Captain and once again joins the coaching staff for specialist scrum coaching. He also boasts a distinguished karaoke voice.

The club is delighted to welcome Richard back to share his knowledge & pass on the specialist technique of managing the breakdown.
